First day of filming didn't go as well as we hoped, firstly we didn't have all the equipment that was needed, for example the Fig Rig or the lighting equipment, this was because so many students were filming on that day and by the time our group got there all the equipment was gone unfortunately. This meant that we couldn't film during the night like we planned, and we did try filming with our own torches and phone flashes but this wasnt very effective and didn't work so well. This did let our group down, however regardless we were still determined to go out and get as much filming done as possible with just the camera! On this day we went to Barbican and filmed Farha (our artist) we filmed one of our base tracks here, at first Farha felt rather shy because she'd never done something like this before and so she felt embarrassed to sing, however with our group support she began to feel more comfortable and the filming started to run smoothly.
